1. The Atelier Standard
- Hand-Crafted Variations: Many of our pieces involve hand-finishing, embroidery, or custom dyeing. You acknowledge that slight variations in color, texture, or embellishment are not “defects” but marks of artisanal craftsmanship.
- Accuracy: We strive to display our fabrics and colors as accurately as possible. However, the actual color you see depends on your screen settings.
2. Ordering & Verification
- Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability.
- Verification: For high-value designer pieces and Cash on Delivery (COD), we will perform a verification call or WhatsApp message. If unverified within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled to protect our inventory.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Currency: All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include GST.
- Payment Methods: We accept COD, Bank Transfers, and mobile wallets (JazzCash/EasyPaisa).
- Custom Orders: Any “Made-to-Order” or customized sizing requires a 50% advance payment and is non-refundable.
4. Sizing Responsibility
- We provide a detailed Size Guide for every collection. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct size.
- If you are between sizes, we recommend contacting our “Studio Support” on WhatsApp for personalized advice before finalizing your purchase.
5. Shipping & Studio Dispatch
- Dispatch: Standard items are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Limited-edition or “Pre-order” items will follow the timeline mentioned on the product page.
- Delivery: We ship nationwide via premium courier partners. Please do not accept parcels that appear tampered with or opened.
6. Exchange & Return Policy (Boutique Rules)
To maintain the hygiene and quality of our luxury garments:
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all Atelierwear tags still attached.
- Exclusions: White/Off-white garments, jewelry, and sale items are non-exchangeable due to hygiene and high-maintenance standards.
- Fragrance/Makeup: Items returned with makeup stains or perfume scents will not be accepted for exchange.
7. Fabric Care & Liability
- Each garment comes with specific care instructions (e.g., Dry Clean Only). Atelierwear.store is not liable for damage caused by improper washing, ironing, or handling by third-party laundries.
8. Intellectual Property
- All designs, photography, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of Atelierwear.store. Unauthorized use of our imagery for resale or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Karachi.
